RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

Creating effective resources for either staff or the community starts and ends with the user. Getting an accurate picture of what the user of any kind of resource wants and needs is how I start all of my resource development, followed by extensive data collection and putting it all together in an easy-to-use format using plain language. I have managed most of these projects from inception to product launch, working with third-party vendors or staff throughout the process.

  • Writing

  • Content research/data collection

  • End-user/stakeholder focus groups

  • Project management

  • Liaising with third-party vendors, including graphic designers, web programmers, printers
