We have a lot of great ideas percolating in our minds but no
time to realize their potential. Busy with clients,
administrivia, and the constant changes happening in the
not-for-profit industry, there is no time or energy left to turn
these ideas into action.
“Ideas without action are worthless.”
~
Harvey Mackay
Teresa Ierullo and her company exist to help make your job
easier and your not-for-profit programs more successful. She
does this by providing research-based answers and creating ready
made and easy-to-use resources and curricula for the clients you
serve or for your own professional needs.
But why Teresa?
About Teresa
Driven to find & implement the best answers
Why
have I called my company “Just the Facts”? I’m not a researcher;
and I believe there’s more to making decisions than just knowing
the facts. I use it because it indicates the kind of worker you
can expect. No nonsense and get the job done not only well, but
beyond all of our expectations. We can accomplish this by making
sure we look at your ideas or needs from a variety of
perspectives to ensure the final direction incorporates
divergent perspectives and is based on the best possible
evidence of success for the end-user.
“Honestly, you work.
You don’t just show
up to be
the advisor, you prep, you come prepared with knowledge, and a
strong sense of the project for the first meeting. You also
specialize in working with not for profits so you ‘get’ our
culture.” Nancy Moore, The Centre
for Skills Development & Training
